The Love-Linay Building Process
1. Initial Contact
When you reach out to us, we provide you with our Client Information Form. This form helps us understand your project goals, current stage, and key priorities such as communication, experience, quality, timeline, and budget. This ensures we can offer assistance that’s perfectly aligned to your needs.
2. Free Consultation
We offer a no-obligation consultation to discuss your ideas, requirements, and vision. During this meeting, we review the priorities outlined in your Client Information Form, discuss realistic budget expectations, and assess whether your design goals align with your budget. We outline the steps ahead and present an overview of estimated costs.
3. Concept Design or Initial Estimate
For clients without plans:
We guide you through the concept design and drafting process, helping to shape the foundation of your project.
For clients with plans:
If you already have plans and documentation prepared, we provide an initial cost estimate based on the details provided.
4. Detailed Quote & Scope of Works
Once the concept and scope are clearly defined, we prepare a formal quote and a detailed scope of works. This document outlines inclusions, offering full transparency to set clear expectations. Where applicable, a professional service fee is applied, depending on the scale and complexity of the project.
5. Final Design & Building Approvals
When you’re ready to proceed, we finalise the design and prepare all necessary documents for building permits, then prepare the Building Contract.
6. Lock in Your Start

Preconstruction Meeting: We address any final questions and introduce you to key team members, such as the Project
Manager and/or Site Supervisor.
