Love-Linay Building is a collaborative, client-focused home-building company established in 1992, owned and operated by Rod Love-Linay. Mainly servicing the Chelsea, Edithvale, Clyde, Bayside and Mornington Peninsula areas for over 30 years.
Rod Love-Linay’s hands-on approach ensures he personally supervises and works on every project, allowing him to engage effectively and positively with clients, architects and tradespeople. He understands that the building process can be confusing and encourages open communication with no questions too silly to ask! Approachability, honesty and integrity are strong personal attributes that set the foundation for a highly regarded building company.
Our enthusiastic team at Love-Linay Building will work in conjunction with you in every facet of the project, from design concepts, development of plans, issuing of permits and construction. We will at all stages, provide advice and walk you through the building process professionally and unassumingly.

We build and renovate homes in and around Melbourne, Brighton, Chelsea, Edithvale, South Yarra and the Mornington Peninsula.
Rod is a Registered Building Practitioner, a Member of the Master Builder’s Association of Victoria and a Licensed Roof Plumber.
